🔵 Mostly B’s: Endurance Warrior Challenge
Cardio is your game, and you love pushing your limits. Your challenge will focus on endurance-based activities to boost stamina.
Your Individual Challenge: Run a 5K, cycle a set distance, or complete a 30-minute HIIT session without stopping.
🟢 Mostly C’s: Flexibility Flow Challenge
Mobility and movement are key for you! Your challenge will focus on improving flexibility, balance, and recovery.
Your Individual Challenge: Master a deep squat hold for 5 minutes a day or achieve a new yoga pose, like a backbend or splits.
