When?

How to Redeem Free Passes?

-For Non-Members –Use discount code STRONG at the online checkout during the 48hr giveaway period to get a Pass For 5 FREE Workouts*. Valued up to £80, to use within 30 days.
-For Members –Every member is given a Pass For 5 FREE Workouts to share via the App within the 48hr giveaway period. This gives a friend a ‘Strength In Numbers Taster’ of 5 workouts to use within 30 days. (Limit: one free pass to share per active member.)

*Pay no fee when you purchase a 5-Day Multi Pass (Northampton & Worcester) or 5-Session Pass (Soho) using code STRONG between 2 pm on 13th March and 2 pm on 15th March 2025. 1 per person. 5-Day Multi Passes and 5-Session Passes allow x5 one-day passes to the gym. Valid for 30 days from purchase at your selected club.
